Documents received before 10:30 am qualify for next-day service
To take advantage of our next-day service for Apostille, please ensure that your documents are received before 10:30 am. This cutoff time allows us to process your documents promptly and have them ready for Apostille by the following business day. By submitting your documents in a timely manner, you can benefit from the expedited service and receive your Apostilled documents quickly and efficiently.
The process begins with securing the original document that requires an Apostille. This may include a birth certificate, marriage certificate, academic diploma, or any other public document that has been officially issued by the relevant authority.
Not all documents are eligible for an Apostille. Before proceeding, it is important to confirm whether your document qualifies. You can review our full list of supported documents here:
Before an Apostille can be issued, your document may need to be signed, sealed, or certified by the appropriate authority. This could be a solicitor, notary public, or government office, depending on the type of document. Certification confirms that the document is genuine and that the signature or seal appearing on it is authentic.
Once your document has been certified, you can place your order online and make payment through our secure system. After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please include this order number when you send your document to us, so we can process it without delay
Once the Apostille has been issued — usually within 24 hours of submission to the FCDO — it will be securely attached to your original document. The completed, legalised document is then returned to you via collection, post or your chosen delivery method
